Needs minor work Current State of Idaho Air Quality Permits; Set of Service Manuals This machinery has been well maintained and is in good operating condition. The hot oil heater has sufficient capacity to heat the auxiliary asphalt tank as well as an additional asphalt storage silo should one be added at a later date. The plant has had significant updates including many bearings and some shafts and sprockets. The blower fan assembly was rebuilt, the pugmill gearbox seals have been replaced, the pugmill has a new motor and the power panels have been updated. The Pugmill and portable dryer do not have tongues for towing transport, however manual shows construction and they could be manufacturedOwner will allow extra time for removal.
